Join us at Evolve Holistic Center for a transformative ceremony on this sacred day of balance. The Autumn Equinox, where darkness and light exist in perfect harmony, invites us to find that same balance within ourselves.

To fully express our own light and love, we must first journey into our shadows—the darker parts of ourselves that may remain hidden or unknown—which act as barriers to love. In this ceremony, we will focus on the emotional circuit of grief, recognizing how grief can serve as a profound gateway to opening our hearts and removing the barriers that prevent us from fully giving and receiving love.

We are here to learn the true essence of love—how to offer it and how to receive it in its fullest form. This journey begins with our bodies, minds, and souls.

To find inner balance and ignite the fire in our hearts, our ceremony will include:

• Introduction by Jason and Pavla
• Embodied practices
• Creation of a flower altar
• Meditation
• Poetry
• Sound healing
• Breath practices

What to bring:

• Love offerings are gratefully accepted
• Flowers to offer for the altar
• A symbolic expression of something meaningful that you are grieving or working through, even if it’s difficult to accept
• Snacks to share
• A cushion or blanket to sit on
• Your beautiful self with an open mind
