Remodels, Rehab and New Construction: How Not to Get Ripped Off
Real Estate Continuing Education (3.0 Credit Hours)
Remodels, Rehabs and New Construction
Many home buyers prefer to buy homes that have been remodeled, rehabbed or are new because they believe it will limit their chance of buying a “lemon” that requires many expensive repairs or upgrades. This blind trust put into remodeled, rehabbed or even new homes can and has led to expensive nightmares that home buyers have to deal with for years. This course will teach you the skills you need in order to prepare and protect your clients before they write an offer, during their due diligence and before they close on their new home.
Meredith Jones, CEO of ALLY Property Inspections is a huge advocate for Realtor education. “One of the most important things I do is educate realtors in continuing education classes about what to expect from a home inspection,” Meredith explains. “I enjoy helping agents learn how to better prepare clients about the due diligence they should be doing, and consumers understand the process and the limitations of a property inspection.”
ALLY Property Inspections specializes in reducing the anxiety that can be associated with the home purchase process. Knowing that your home has been thoroughly inspected by a highly trained professional provides important peace-of-mind. You can rest easy knowing that your investment is sound and, more importantly, you are moving into a safe and healthy environment.
