We are honoured to present the 1st International Cultural Festival, "Anando Dhara" (আনন্দ ধারা). This event is dedicated to celebrating the vast and vibrant cultures from around the globe. Our mission is to foster cultural understanding and appreciation through a curated selection of performances, exhibitions, and workshops.
Esteemed celebrities and prominent international personalities will grace the festival, offering valuable perspectives and enhancing the cultural dialogue. Attendees will also have the chance to savour diverse cuisines and explore interactive exhibits that showcase traditional arts and customs.
"Anando Dhara" is a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the richness of our global community in an atmosphere of joy and unity.
◑ Registration Fee for the Segments: The fee details will be announced very soon.
◑ Participation Limit : Each participant can compete in up to Three events.
◑ Certificates: Every participant will receive a 'Participation Certificate'. All Campus Ambassadors (CAs) will receive a certificate and a crest. The best CA will be awarded a special crest and certification.

1. Poster Designing :
Digital poster is one of the best ideas for presenting a product in this modern world. Keeping that in mind, Remians Cultural Club is giving you that opportunity to apply your creativity and intellect for creating a poster that can gives the best impressions about a product. Showcase us your product's essence and win recognition as your creativity takes on stage!
• This segment is open for all.
• Authority may change its decision at any time and it shall be considered final.
4. Poster format must be in JPG format.
5. Poster size measurement should be in square shape. (eg. 1080px * 1080px)

2. Beatboxing Challenge
Description: A dynamic event where participants showcase their vocal percussion talents, creating complex rhythms and sounds using only their mouth, lips, tongue, and voice. Competitors battle it out to see who can deliver the most creative and impressive beats.
Rules and Regulations:
• Duration: Each performance should last between 3 minutes.
• Solo Performance: Only individual performances are allowed; no groups.
• Equipment: No external sound effects or microphones allowed; participants must rely solely on their vocal skills.
• Judging Criteria: Creativity, rhythm, sound variety, and overall performance.

3. Mime Act :
Description: A silent performance art where actors use gestures, expressions, and body movements to convey stories, emotions, and scenarios. This art form emphasizes non-verbal communication, making it universally relatable and powerful.
Rules and Regulations:
• Duration: Each mime act must be 3 minutes long.
• Silence: No spoken words or sounds are allowed; the entire performance must be silent.
• Props: Minimal or no props should be used to focus on body language and expression.
• Judging Criteria: Expressiveness, creativity, storytelling, and audience impact.

4. Pop Culture Quiz
Description: A fast-paced quiz competition that tests participants' knowledge of global and local pop culture, including movies, music, television, celebrities, and trends. It’s a fun and competitive way to celebrate contemporary culture.

7. Nazrul Sangeet
Description: A musical event dedicated to the songs of Kazi Nazrul Islam, the "Rebel Poet." Participants perform his compositions, which are renowned for their lyrical beauty and revolutionary spirit, celebrating his contribution to Bengali music.
Rules and Regulations:
• Duration: Each performance should last between 4-6 minutes.
• Song Selection: Participants must choose from Nazrul's compositions.

10. Poetry Recitation

• Duration: Each band has 10-15 minutes to perform.
• Content: Both original songs and covers are allowed.
• Equipment: Bands must bring their own instruments; sound equipment will be provided.
• Judging Criteria: Musicality, stage presence, and audience engagement.
• Event Date: This event will have a separate date, occurring before the Open field Concert. The exact date will be announced later.

12. Folk Song Performance

• Song Selection: Must be traditional folk songs from any region.

27. Modern Song Performance
Description: An event where participants perform contemporary songs, including pop, rock, or indie music. This competition or showcase celebrates modern musical expressions, highlighting current trends, innovation, and the personal styles of the performers.
Rules and Regulations:
• Duration: Each performance should last 3 minutes.
• Solo or Group: Both solo and group performances are allowed.
• Style: Any modern musical style is allowed.
• Judging Criteria: Vocal quality, creativity, and stage presence.
• Category : 1. Secondary(S): for the students of Class 9-10
2. Higher Secondary(HS): for the students of Class 11-12 & HSC'24

These rules are designed to ensure fair and enjoyable participation across all events, celebrating the diverse talents and cultural expressions of the participants.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:
• All school and college students must wear their uniform and ID card. Carrying only the ID card is also permitted.
• Guardians and visitors are warmly welcomed.
• Participants must arrive at least one hour before the event begins.
• Spot registration will be available up to one hour before the scheduled segment time.
• The judges' decisions are final and cannot be contested.
• Health guidelines must be strictly followed.
• Those attending the "Battle of Bands" must present their ticket and ID card for entry.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring any illegal items onto the premises. Violators will be handed over to the police.
• Smoking is prohibited on the college grounds.
• The authority reserves the right to modify any rules at any time if deemed necessary.
• The judges will only evaluate the first 3 minutes. To ensure adherence to the schedule, the judges will stop your performance after 3 minutes. Please do not view this as a negative aspect, as there will be no negative marking for exceeding the time limit.
