This November, join JAK’sArt for a meaningful and creative Remembrance carving workshop. Guided step-by-step, you’ll learn how to carve your own bas relief sculpture from waste aerated concrete – a versatile and sustainable medium often called alternative stone.
You’ll choose from two specially designed remembrance-themed carvings:
✨ Option 1 – “Peace Dove”: a symbol of hope, peace, and reflection
✨ Option 2 – “Lest We Forget Cross”: a traditional emblem of remembrance, featuring a carved cross and poppy
No prior experience is needed – beginners are warmly welcomed. All tools, materials, and safety equipment are provided. You’ll take home your own finished sculpture, a lasting tribute and personal piece of remembrance art.
