Lance Tahmahkera, great-great grandson of Comanche Chief Quanah Parker, will share the origins of the Comanche tribe and its history/culture, tell stories about life on the plains and reservation from the days of Quanah and Cynthia Ann Parker up to present day events, and share tribal children’s stories. He will also bring regalia, a buckskin dress, bow/arrows, old photos, etc. to talk about and pass around for everyone to see.
