Designed to help you reset your body and regulate your nervous system heading into summer.

Enjoy access to the communal sauna and cold plunge, plus 5 different private suites, as well as the Remedy Rollers all on a first come first serve basis.

Sound bath meditations will be rotating every 10-15 minutes in the studio, allowing you to drop in and out at your own pace.

Includes refreshments and a curated goodie bag to support your recovery beyond the event.
