In this session you'll gain valuable insight into the process of moving including timing, preparation, pitfalls to avoid, the sale process, packing to downsize, costs of selling and how to maximize your equity.
PRESENTERS
Tony Joe - RE/MAX Sabre Realty Victoria has helped countless Seniors in their journey from one home to the next. A seasoned veteran of the local Real Estate scene, he was licensed in 1991 and has completed over 3000 transactions in Victoria during his career.
Tony's specialization in the Seniors sector began in 1993 while marketing condominiums for those 55+, having completed developments in Victoria and Saanich.
He holds his SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and is a speaker, trainer and coach for agents across Canada while maintaining his Top 100 in production status for RE/MAX Western Canada.
Tony is also the host of The Whole Home Show which airs weekends on CFAX1070
Jill Phipps - Home Again Transition Services assists clients in their move from one home to the next from decluttering in preparation for the home sale to packing and moving to the next location including downsizing unneeded furniture.
