Emotions might just be the tipping point between sickness and wellness. Our physical body can be changed by the emotions we experience. Negative emotions like fear, anger, anxiety and grief are not inherently bad. When we suppress these unresolved emotions they can lead to physical and mental issues.Using a combination of sound, EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique) and essential oils, we will release trapped emotions and negative feelings, resulting in harmony and peace within.
Emotional freedom is being free from feeling like a victim of and controlled by our emotions. We are emotionally free when we know how to learn from and manage our feelings so that we are not reactive to them and they don't control us
Wear comfortable clothing for lying on the floor. Elizabeth will be diffusing essential oils in the room to sterilize the air. Please bring along your own blanket for safety and comfort.
