LIMITED TO 16 PARTICIPANTS Join us for a unique journey into sound healing with a mindful cacao consumption circle, followed by sound healing with Crystal Singing Bowls with a guided meditation journey.
We will provide a blanket and a mug for every space.
Consider bringing a yoga mat or pillow to be comfortable for this experience. And a water bottle with a lid.
Please be mindful that this is a sober healing circle and be respectful of the space.

Cacao is a healer, a spirit, and a consciousness. Ancient and modern-day Mesoamerican people have used it for over 5,000 years for its medicinal, spiritual, and nourishing qualities.

?It uplifts your mood and fosters a connection to your intuition.
?It contains caffeine and helps you connect to your heart space. Be aware of this if you are caffeine-sensitive.

Our cacao contains fair-trade cacao nibs from Peru, coconut sugar, turmeric, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper, and some of our special blends contain other ingredients like allspice, rose, and vanilla.
?How is Cacao different from Chocolate??
Cacao is different from chocolate or cocoa. Cacao is crafted carefully to preserve the spirit of the plant. Cocoa is over-harvested, over roasted, and over produced. It's often not ethically sourced.
Our cacao is sourced fair-trade from Peru. And Four Wind makes, processes, and prays over each batch of cacao.
