Releasing Concert: An Evening of Piano & Letting Go

Most of us are constantly holding onto a feeling of wanting. Wanting approval, security, control. We've gotten so used to holding on that we no longer notice the subtle (or sometimes profound) suffering that comes with it.

Few of us realize there's a simple way to experience a release from this without having to put any effort into it. Come and experience this simple way, through the live piano music of Erinala and a guided process of releasing.

About 60 minutes of music and releasing, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.

Dress: Like you're going out for dinner, but comfortable. Not overly formal.
