Why not gift yourself the time to quieten your mind, to relax, release and recharge with a weekend of embodied yoga, meditation, and breath work. Set in the beautiful Eden Rise a retreat space nestled just outside of Totnes in the glorious Devonshire countryside, the opportunity to step away from the usual stresses of life and focus on your own wellbeing. Hazel as a Chiropractor and yoga teacher weaves her knowledge of the body, anatomy and fascia, alongside many years of experience treating patients with chronic stress and those injuries caused by the accumulation of tension.
This weekend is for everyone, delivered in an informal, welcoming manner to make the practices accessible and fun.
Included in the weekend:

⭐️ Breathwork and pranayama (yogic breath regulation)
⭐️ Embodied vinyasa flow and yin yoga classes
⭐️ Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)
⭐️ Trigger point tension workshop
⭐️ Opening and closing circles
⭐️ Fire pit, fire ritual, music, and dance
⭐️ Walking meditation in nature
⭐️ Self-massage workshop
⭐️ 3 vegan/vegetarian meals and snacks per day created by Kia our personal chef
⭐️ 2 nights’ accommodation and bedding in the beautiful Eden Rise retreat space
Please note there is much on offer, but you can choose to do as little or as much as you would like. The weekend is for you to tailor to what you need at that time.
For an additional charge (£50 for 1 hour) Noosh will be offering relaxation or deep tissue massages.
The retreat is £325 per person and if booked before 28th February 2022 is an Early Bird rate of £275. To reserve your place, a £50 deposit is required, and the balance is payable by 1st May 2022. If you are experiencing financial hardship that is preventing you from attending, then please get in touch. If the retreat has to be cancelled, then you will receive a full refund.
