I think a lot of us have become so used to holding everything in that we don’t even realize how much anger, stress, frustration, resentment, grief, and overwhelm we’re carrying in our bodies.
This experience was created to help you finally release some of it.
Join me for an intimate 3-hour emotional release experience with guided meditations, grounding practices, nervous system support, reflection, and Reiki-infused healing in a safe and supportive space.
This experience is intentionally deep and may bring up emotional release, deeper reflection, or physical sensations within the body as stored emotions begin to move and process. You are always encouraged to honor your body and emotional needs throughout the experience.
A licensed psychotherapist will also be present throughout the experience to help support grounding and emotional regulation if needed.
Light snacks and hydration included.
Please bring any additional items that help you feel comfortable sitting outdoors.
