Dogmas are deep-seated mental frameworks we adopt over time, often in our early childhood, that subtly shape our perceptions and influence our actions. They can be positive or negative and often work subconsciously. Positive beliefs foster confidence and strength, while negative beliefs can limit the self, thus creating invisible barriers that hold us back from stepping into our true power and living life to the fullest.

In this transformative workshop, we will identify the limiting dogmas that restrain us in various areas of our lives. Utilizing wisdom from yogic philosophy and Western psychology, as well as meditations, insightful journaling, and collaborative group work, we will transform these restrictive dogmas into uplifting new convictions.

The intention is to create a powerful space where you can uncover hidden blocks, profoundly shift your perspective, and embrace new, empowering beliefs. By the end of the workshop, you will leave with deep insights, a refreshed self-perception, and a sense of lightness and anticipation for your journey ahead.
