Release Her is a monthly community gathering for women in the Northern California region to come together, heal, and have honest conversations about the real issues affecting women today. Each event creates a safe and empowering space for connection, growth, and transformation. Join us once a month as we release what no longer serves us and step into stronger versions of ourselves.
