Release Ceremony with Mama Cacao on Full Moon
About this Event
This is a gentle, intimate and relaxed space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space for what you’re ready to release.
We’ll begin by settling into the space and grounding, followed by some gentle, mostly seated movement to help us connect with the body and allow energy to flow. We’ll then move into Solomon Islands Cacao, journaling and reflection, before coming together for the Release Ceremony and fire ritual.
There isn’t a strict structure or set agenda for the evening. I allow each ceremony to flow organically and intuitively, guided by the energy of the group, the moment and the wisdom of our benevolent ancestors.
The intention is simply to create a safe and nurturing space where you can come exactly as you are.
If this is your first time joining me for a ceremony, please don’t worry — you don’t need to have any previous experience. Come with an open mind, an open heart and a willingness to simply be present with yourself.

The space will be calm, warm and relaxed, with plenty of opportunity to sit, reflect, listen and move at your own pace.
This is a small-group gathering with only five spaces available, allowing for a more intimate and personal experience.
