Access altered states of consciousness through an intentional and purposeful breathing pattern that will take you on a journey into your subconscious. In a trauma informed, parasympathetic nervous system led practice you will be encouraged to explore all that is living inside you through uninhibited expression in a nurturing and somatically intelligent container. Profound spaciousness and freedom of expression for the breather within their personal process of healing, release, reclamation and soul activation. The Sacred Breath Method is powerful tool for those exploring shadow work and those seeking a return to authenticity. A time to release and reclaim.
The session begins with Blue Lotus Herbal Tea or Heart Opening Cacao (dependant on time of session) and an opening conversation about what to expect, the science of behind what we are doing and guiding you on feeling confident with the pattern. We shift into the journey feeling fully comfortable with a full understanding of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
You will experience your journey in a container where you are held in space with full permission for expression. Your Sacred Breath Journey incorporates integration and extended savasana and sound healing. Followed by processing in an integration circle and light refreshments before you leave the studio.

- Pregnancy (at any stage)
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- Kidney disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
- Diagnosis of aneurysm of any kind
- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
- Diabetes (any type)
- Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
- Epilepsy
- History of Seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
- Recent surgery, stitches or injury
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release
- Severe PTSD or trauma
- Actively using recreational drugs
