Caroline blends fascia release, somatic movement, breath, dance to help people reconnect with their bodies in a grounded, intuitive way. With a background in kinesiology and a deep passion for nervous system healing, embodiment, and the wisdom of the body, she creates spaces that invite release, presence, movement, and genuine self-connection — without the pressure to “perform”.
This class begins with fascia release to help unwind tension and awaken body awareness, then flows into somatic movement and intuitive dance designed to reconnect you with breath, sensation, and natural expression. We’ll close with a deeply restorative guided relaxation allowing the nervous system and body to settle into rest, integration, and presence.
