Step into a nourishing, held space at Carmont House and allow your body to gently unwind.
This Friday night group offers you the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect to the intelligence of your nervous system β in community, and in person. You are invited to release stress, tension, and trauma through simple but powerful somatic and breath-based practices, with full permission to arrive just as you are.
There is no pressure to share β you are welcome to simply receive. If you feel called to speak, reflect, or ask questions, there will be space held at the end of the session.

A blend of grounding and nervous system practices designed to support deep rest and restoration:

Youβll be guided into your own felt experience, supported to safely release what your body is ready to let go of, and return to a sense of wholeness and peace.

When we create safety in the body, we begin to signal to the brain that the threat has passed. This allows the nervous system to shift into the parasympathetic state β where true healing, repair, and restoration can happen.
Working with the Vagus Nerve and natural tremor response, we allow the body to complete stress cycles and gently discharge held tension and trauma.
