We warmly invite you to join us for a transformative 2-session breathwork journey focused on releasing what doesn’t serve you, nurturing your body and essence.

Day 1: Release
The first session is dedicated to releasing stress, difficult stored emotions, and patterns that no longer serve you. You will tap into your body’s natural ability to heal, releasing what holds you back and clearing space for new possibilities and a renewed sense of freedom.
Come prepared to shed the weight of past and embrace a lighter, more liberated version of yourself.
Day 2: Renurture
With the weight of the past lifter, our second session will focus on nurturing your entire being, both your body and soul. You will boost your energy and connect deeply with your inner self, cultivating a sense of peace, clarity and self awareness, nurturing your being and fostering a profound connection with your true essence.
Join us to nurture your whole being and step into a state of balance, harmony and inner strength. Both sessions will be accompanied by gentle movement with Enrica.

In the session we will use breathing technique called Conscious Connected Breathing in which we intentionally connect the inhale with the exhale with our any pauses. This technique helps us reach the state in which we can release packed up emotions, stress and tensions. I will provide introduction at the beginning, so worry not, no previous experience is needed. However if you suffer from any medical condition for which you receive medication, please reach out to me privately so that I can educate myself how to support your process in the best way.
