It's a form of Meditation that uses therapeutic sound vibrations from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls to guide your body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. It's an incredible tool to help regulate your body's Nervous System. It takes you out of feelings of "fight-or-flight" and anxiety and into a state where you feel grounded, calm + present within your body.

Free Parking is available outside the venue.

If lot becomes full, you may park diagonally along the grass and chipped shoulder on the driveway.

Additional parking available across the street at the Ralph Helms parking lot and walk over.
