Release & Renew: A Reiki Experience Nov 29 @Vibe Ten Studio

Experience an afternoon of release and renewal as we use the power of Holy Fire Reiki to identify a block and release it from your physical body, auras, and chakras.

At the end of the Experience you'll feel lighter and more grounded. A more affordable means to receive the healing benefits of Reiki.

This in-person event will help you relax, recharge, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. Don't miss this opportunity to treat yourself to a blissful afternoon of self-care and wellness.

Come prepared to deeply relax, release a major block, and heal - body, mind and soul.

The experience will include:

• Palo Santo cleanse to open and close the ceremony
• A gentle stretch
• Guidance Meditation to identify the block and create an energetic image (I know how personal this can be. Know there will be no sharing or communication from participants. I will be asking you questions to guide you on this journey that you can answer in your mind and/or write in your journal)
• Holy Fire Healing Experience (Group and individual Reiki)
• High frequency soundtrack
• Time to journal about your experience
• Oracle card pick

All levels welcome, no experience needed.

Things to know:

• bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, a journal, and your favourite crystal if you'd like
• dress comfortably and with layers
• arrive before 2:30pm as there is no late entry and the doors will be locked
