Release & Renew: A New Year's Eve Yin & Myofascial Release

Step into the new year with intention, softness, and spaciousness.

Release & Renew is a once-a-year, late-night retreat designed for those who want an alternative to the overstimulation of New Year’s Eve. Join Nicole for a quieter, more meaningful way to close one chapter and open the next.

This curated 2-hour experience blends myofascial release techniques and Yin Yoga to help you unwind the tension of the year from your body, your breath, and your nervous system. Through slow, deliberate movement and somatic release, you’ll soften the edges of the year and create space for whatever comes next.

To support and deepen your practice, each participant will receive a Yoga Tune Up® Alpha Ball to use throughout the workshop and to take home with you. This keeps the work going long after midnight.

As the clock approaches twelve, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation that dissolves the old year with your breath. We’ll take our first shared inhale of 2026 together, ending the meditation exactly at midnight.

We close the evening with a gentle celebration: a toast with zero-proof champagne from Glimmer or sparkling water, soft lighting, and a quiet moment to honour the transition.
