As the final hours of 2025 unfold, give yourself the gift of presence and renewal. Join Kathryn Toahty at The Yoga Spa for a soulful 90-minute New Year’s Eve experience designed to help you release the weight of the past and step into 2026 with clarity and intention.
Through guided meditation, you’ll reflect on the lessons and blessings of the year gone by, honoring what has shaped you while gently letting go of what no longer serves your highest good. A journaling practice will invite you to shift your focus toward your 2026 journey—dreaming boldly, setting intentions, and creating space for growth.
We’ll conclude with a fire pit ceremony, a powerful ritual of release, where you’ll symbolically burn away old patterns, doubts, and limitations, making room for new beginnings.
