Release & Renew-A Heart Opening Cacao Circle

Flow:

1. Elemental Mandala Creation – Begin by collecting small natural items (leaves, acorns, stones) and placing them in a group mandala, symbolizing your collective intentions and setting the tone for the circle.
2. Ceremonial Cacao – Sip cacao mindfully, connecting inwardly to your heart and setting a personal intention for what you’re ready to release or invite.
3. Breathwork for Release – Guided breathing to clear stagnant energy, with a playful “energy sweep” visualization, imagining old energy being carried away like fallen leaves.
4. Walking Meditation in the Woods – Move mindfully through a nearby woodland or park, engaging your senses with the sights, sounds, and scents of fall while integrating your reflections.
5. Journaling & Reflection – Quiet internal reflection, followed by an opportunity for paired or small-group sharing if desired.
6. Mini-Sound Bath – Gentle, soothing tones to anchor the release and invite renewal; participants can hum or silently “call in” new energy.
7. Closing Circle & Gratitude Exchange – Share reflections or gratitude with the group to seal the experience and strengthen connection.
