This beautiful ceremony will begin by setting intentions of what you are looking to release so you can receive your desires. We'll begin with a fun activity to open the circle to get ready to release energy blocks. We'll move into a beautiful guided meditation to prepare the body to be in a deep state of readiness to receive reiki and end with a 432hz crystal singing bowl sound bath with live angel-like vocals.This workshop is led by two energy-healing practitioners and life coaching professionals.
Lauren specializes in mindset manifestation, energetic blocks, and guiding individuals to a life of abundance and freedom.
Rachel focuses on helping people find peace in the present through holistic practices and being liberated through God's guidance.

• What: Approximately a 90-120 minutes reiki and sound bath gathering. We will tap into our deepest desires and release any blocks in the way of that channel through this beautiful experience.
Come with strong intentions or just come to relax and settle down from the week and appreciate the sounds, energy, and nature.
The crystal singing bowls are tuned to the frequency of 432 hz.
