Join Tasha for an evening of reflection and Sound Alchemy inspired by October’s full moon. A time to consider the familiar patterns we are ready to release and what we want to welcome in their place.
We’ll begin with herbal tea and time to settle in. You’ll then receive a reflection card with four prompts to explore old habits, honor what they have taught you, and identify what feels aligned for your next chapter.
A crystal will be provided to support your intention as you settle into the sound bath.
Take your reflection card, affirmation card and a sealable bag of loose herbal tea home to continue creating moments of pause and connection.
*Please bring a mat if you have one, we have a limited amount. We would like them to be available for those that don't have one.
If needed we do have a gravity chair and a couch you may also sit on if not able to lay on the floor.
*You may also bring a pillow, blanket, and eye covering for comfort
