đź’« Workshop Overview
This is a two-part, intimate healing experience grounded in reflection, creative transformation, and communal support.
Through a blend of community circle, guided meditation, and upcycling garments, we’ll explore the themes of release and intention as we close one year and open another.
You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of clothing transformed by your own hand—marked by the things you’re letting go of, and stitched with the intentions you’re choosing to carry forward.
🧵 Part 1: RELEASE
Saturday, Dec 13, 2025 | 1:00–4:00 PM
We’ll gather in community in the warmth of Tremain Smith’s art-filled studio. Tremain will lead us through prompts that help identify what we’re ready to release as the year comes to a close, and where that might live in the body.
Then, with guidance from designer Sarah Tremain, you’ll begin upcycling a garment of your choice by writing what you’re releasing directly onto it—giving form and visibility to your process.
Bring a garment to transform, or purchase one from Sarah’s collection.
🧵 Part 2: INTENTION
Saturday, Jan 10, 2026 | 1:00–4:00 PM
We return after the new year to check in. Tremain will guide us in grounding practices and a journaling session to revisit what was released—and what still lingers.
Next, you’ll layer new intentions by embroidering directly over the words you wrote on your garment in December. With Sarah’s support, you’ll stitch your vision for moving forward—turning a moment of release into an ongoing, wearable ritual.
