For (21+) melanated men to move, centered. Forget everything you know about traditional dance classes. Release & Bounce isn't about perfecting choreography or mastering a specific style like hip-hop or contemporary. This is about pure movement, your way. Whether you want to follow the lead or inject your own personal style into.

I invite everyone to join in and participate, as it’s a great way to let loose. 

While there won’t be scheduled breaks for resting or drinking water, feel free to take a pause whenever you need to. The two-hour session will be filled with continuous dancing, allowing you to showcase your unique style and move to your own rhythm, whether it’s uptempo, midtempo, or low tempo movements

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Mix of uptempo tracks and midtempo beats curated for that 'bounce to the ounce' and to release your creativity.

The Sound: The playlist features a rotation of female artists, that includes Aaliyah, Brandy, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Monica, and Whitney Houston.

The Fine Print

Skill Level: Zero. This is based on incorporating moves, not dance techniques or skill levels.

Warm-up: Please stretch before you arrive or come early to the studio to warm up on your own.
