A Holosomatic Body Therapy session to shift energy; to move, release and then align with your own powerful centre. We'll use conscious connected breath work, authentic movement and bodywork to release stress and tensions, plus relaxation to ground & integrate. These sessions can be powerful and have the potential for strong release of stress and tension on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Participants need to have previous yoga / breathwork / emobdied practise experience. If you are working through known trauma or mental health issues, you will need to be working with another professional to support you in this. Lou will check with you any contraindications for the practice.
