A Holosomatic Body Therapy session to shift energy; to move, release and then align with your own powerful centre. We'll use holosomatic techniques (including dynamic breathwork, authentic movement and bodywork), plus relaxation to ground & integrate.

These sessions can be powerful and have the potential for strong release on every layer. Participants need to have previous yoga / breathwork / emobdied practise experience. If you are working through known trauma or mental health issues, you will need to be working with another professional to support you in this.
