About this Event
Release & Rise — A Journey into Regulation, Movement & Freedom

A 3-hour embodied journey to regulate your nervous system, fascial release, reconnect with your body, and move with greater freedom and ease.

We begin with gentle somatic and fascial movement to bring awareness into the body, soften tension, and create a sense of grounding and safety. Through breath, spirals, Yin-inspired movement and playful animal patterns, you’ll explore ways to regulate, release and reconnect.

You’ll learn simple tools to support nervous system regulation, resilience, energy and emotional balance — allowing the body to become a place of curiosity, expression and possibility.

Ecstatic Dance Wave — Movement as Freedom

From this grounded place, we move into an Ecstatic Dance Wave: a free-form, conscious dance journey with no steps to follow and no right or wrong way to move.

Guided by a carefully curated musical journey, we travel from grounding and release into expansion, vitality and joy, before returning to calm and stillness.

Closing Integration

We finish with soothing breath and a 15-minute guided full-body relaxation, giving your body and mind space to settle and integrate.
