About this Event
Retreat to the forest...
To a place where everything is taken care of for you,
Where you get to immerse in practices to reset your mind and body to the frequency of your soul.
RELEASE is that place.
All you have to do is show up, surrender your expectations, and be open to learn the methods that will help you to live free from the stressors making you feel stuck.
If you have been deeply craving to take a pause from your daily routine and give yourself a weekend to let go of the weight of it all...
I invite you to slow down, be present with the limitless soul within you, and join us at RELEASE.
What to Expect?
NATURE | MOVEMENT | MEDITATION | BREATH
The healing pillars of this immersion.
We invite you to embody the essence of your true nature by connecting with the elements. You will be guided through powerful mindfulness and movement practices structured by the 4 elements - earth, water, air, and fire.
</h4>
RELEASE immersion will take place at a beautiful lake home sanctuary in the Skagit Valley near North Cascades National Park in Mt. Vernon, Washington. The first weekend of October will provide us with beautiful peak fall colors in the PNW.
This home is situated on a large forested property with a private creek, amazing forested lake views, a large grass lawn, various flora and fauna, a spacious deck, and a dock to the serene lake.
You will be guided through many nourishing and healing practices throughout the retreat, with plenty of space and freedom to explore the elements for yourself.
Snacks, cacao, a refreshing beverage, lunch AND dinner will be provided for all attendees on Saturday.
