You are invited to slow down the breath, open your heart, and step into the fabric of the Great Mystery . . .

As we embark on the path of the final lunar cycle of the year of the snake before Lunar New Year, we are being asked to release the old stories.

Presence brings us into the Truth of who we are now and what we are willing to bring forward.

Relaxpansion is a sacred space that weaves together cacao, somatic healing, sound bath, and angel wash. It is an invitation to relax into the Great Mystery, feel your somatic body unwind, and allow the magic of life to carry you forth.

It is unnatural for the human being to live in a state of chronic stress. We are designed to be conscious creators of our reality, to know that it is safe to let our guard down, to connect to our breath, and to be met with a love far greater than our minds could concieve.

When we can relax and be in our heart spaces, we bend time. We become active co-creators with the universe, weaving our unique soul frequencies, creating the world we wish to see.

Held by Priestesses Rose and Dorothy of the Ministry of the Eternal Rose, Relaxpansion is a space that uncovers the true nature of the human being in the Majesty of Love.

We open the space with cacao. Dorothy has been working with the Sprit of Cacao for 7 years. She spent 4 years living in Guatemala, learning from the Mayan elders, cacao farmers, women's collectives, and the cacao trees themselves. She is the co-founder of Cacao Source, a direct trade ceremonial cacao company based on reciprocity with the original stewards of this medicine, and has recived the blessing of the Mayan communities to share this medicine with the world.

Cacao is a medicine of connecting the heart, body, and mind. Through opening this space with medicine and prayer, we create a heart coherent group field that allows us to deepen together in this work.

We will also weave somatic wisdom into this container, empowering each person to be a good steward of their nervous system, to down-regulate, and move from a place of heart-centered mindfulness.

Rose will lead us through a shamanic sound bath. She has studied deeply the songs of tribal nations and been offered the blessing to share this wisdom. A professional singer and musician, she weaves together prayers in a sonic landscape that will bring to the Majesty of the Moment.

We will transition into angel wash. We will each be offered a small group to connect with others in a safe and consentual manner. Each person will have the opportunity to share their desires to be in the center of the circle and recieve hands on touch, energy work, and/or sound healing. Many reflect people on the profound healing of both giving and recieving multiple hand touch. It offers profound relaxation, allowing our awareness to sink into an almost supernatural state of consciousness.

This offering is just as much about healing our Selves as it is about relational healing-- building the fabric of trust between us.

Part of our mission is to rebuild the village of compassionate care for one another, to melt away the walls of division and to realize that we are more similar than different. Human beings need compassionate touch and care. It is part of what makes us human and able to thrive and to step more fully into a culture that is asking for repair.

Because it starts with presence.
