Onel Mulet, is a multi-instrumentalist (saxophone, flute, percussion), composer and producer whose career spans almost three decades. Onel has performed in some of the most prestigious music festivals and concert venues across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. He has toured, performed and or recorded with artists including Enyenison Enkama, Candido Camero, Francisco Aguabella,Arturo Sandoval, Oriente Lopez, Chaka Khan, Melissa Etheridge, Patato Valdes, Pedro Luis Ferrer, Jose Luis Rodriguez (El Puma), The Gipsy Kings, David Oquendo, The Fania All Stars, and Albita Rodriguez, among others. Born in Miami, Fl of Cuban heritage, Onel has been based in New York since 2002. As a film composer, his work is featured on award-winning documentary, shorts and narrative film broadcast on Showtime, HBO and PBS. He served as musical director for Mama Africa, and the Black Rock Coalition’s 4 Women honoring Eartha Kitt , Abbey Lincoln, Odetta and Miriam Makeba, for presentations at Lincoln Center Outdoors, The Schomburg Center and BAM Café. For Habana | Harlem®, he’s produced shows at Joe’s Pub, BAM Café, Harlem Stage; and was awarded a residency at the Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center.

Dana Humphrey has been an avid yogi since 2001. In 2017 she started practicing Yoga regularly at Hot Yoga Rockaway Beach. Humphrey completed her 200 Hour Hot Yoga Teaching Training - Level 1 with Jimmy Barkan in March of 2022. She teaches a regular Hot26&2 Yoga Class on Tuesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 7:30am on 116th Street in Rockaway. She also teaches yoga Monday through Thursday at a wellness center in Brooklyn, New York to help give back to the community. Dana is a Kripalu Certified Yin Yoga Teacher!

Enjoy long holds in each Yin Yoga pose allowing you time to energize your meridians, and reach deep fascia which will be calming for you, and release any tension in your muscles. Together we find our appropriate edge, release the muscles & stay awhile. Let the flute soothe and ease your mind & spirit with each breath you take.
