Relaxing Pregnancy Yoga Workshop

Welcome to a serene and supportive pregnancy yoga workshop, designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and connect deeply with your baby. Suitable for those 14+ weeks pregnant and you don't need any prior yoga experience.

Taking place in the beautiful R3FORM Studios in the heart of Cambridge.
Led by Gina, an experienced 200-hour yoga teacher with an additional 40-hour specialist pregnancy yoga training, you will be guided through a nurturing practice tailored to meet the unique needs of expectant mothers.
Key Features:
1. Sharing Circle:
- The workshop begins with a sharing circle, providing a space for you to share your experiences and connect with other expectant mothers.
2. Comfort and Support:
- Props and Bolsters: A variety of props and bolsters are provided to ensure maximum comfort throughout the session. These aids will help you find ease in each pose, accommodating your changing body and allowing you to fully relax.
3. Gentle Yoga Practice:
- Prenatal-Friendly Poses: The class includes gentle, prenatal-friendly yoga poses tailored to support your body during pregnancy. These poses aim to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, while also alleviating common discomforts such as back pain and swelling.
4. Mindful Connection:
- Baby Bonding: Special attention is given to nurturing the bond between you and your baby. Through guided breathing exercises and mindful movements, you'll cultivate a deep sense of connection and awareness of your growing baby.
5. Deep Relaxation:
- Yoga Nidra: The workshop concludes with an extended Yoga Nidra session, a form of guided relaxation that promotes deep rest and rejuvenation. This practice helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed and at peace.
