Relaxing meditation sound bath

Join Amy at the beautiful Santosha yoga studio for a relaxing sound bath to bring you back to yourself.

We will open with a herbal tea and oracle card pull and any shares before settling into a meditation and immersive sound bath. Instruments used may include gong, crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments all devised to aid in well-being.

Benefits of sound baths include

Amy also wants to create an atmosphere of community and connection.

What you Will Need:

Yoga mat (we have spares if you need to borrow one)

•Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, a cushion for your head, blanket and eye mask

•Journal & a pen (optional)

•Water bottle for rehydration although we will be having herbal tea

*Please be aware this is not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with a pacemaker, people with metal implants or people with epilepsy or severe mental health problems, or people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
