This small group enjoys gentle lighting, quiet music, calming movements, deep relaxation, and healing visualisations. The aim being to calm the nervous system and help to balance hormones. Taught by Lesley, a yoga teacher for 24 years, who is an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher. £7.50 per week, or attend as many classes as you choose, with a Gold membership, which also gives you 10% off workshops and unlimited access to the vast library of yoga videos, updated monthly.
