A relaxing 5pm end of the week yoga flow with Jess. All levels welcome, yoga mats onsite if needed.
Yoga class is located upstairs in the conference room of our building at 257 Indiana ave. Valparaiso, IN. If you need to avoid walking up the stairs we suggest parking in the upper side parking lot where you will see the handicap ramp and the door marked 257. Walk all the way down the hallway of art and you will eventually run into the conference room :)
