Relax Your Eyes, Quiet Your MindOur eyes are closely connected to the nervous system, posture and how we experience the world. Many people experience tired eyes, headaches or mental fatigue from long hours of screen use.
In this workshop we explore how gentle eye movements and awareness can relax the nervous system and improve coordination between the eyes, head and body.
Participants often experience:
reduced eye strain
relaxation in the face, neck and shoulders
improved focus and clarity
a deep sense of calm
The workshop includes guided Feldenkrais lessons and playful explorations of vision and movement.
No previous experience is needed.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring your curiosity.
