Announcing a new collaborative workshop with The Healing Equine Ranch & Uthrive Wellness Inc.

Supporting presence from the ground up with art processing, sound meditation and horses.
Come play with the horses on a magical journey through your heart space, promoting lightness and ease through the modalities of horsemanship, art processing, journalling, and sound healing meditation.
This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with your body's wisdom as you connect to the ancestors of the land and the intuition of your own heart.
In this workshop we will contemplate: Desires of the heart, clarity of purpose, what truly lights us up and accepting where we are now.
The morning will begin with a nourishing sound bath, followed by time to play with the horses and lastly, time to create your most destined life with the help of your inner child through journaling and an art workshop that will transport you to a whole new world within.
