Relax Fam, Get A Soundbath

The holiday season can bring about stress from shopping, hosting, and family obligations. A sound bath, with its calming vibrations, promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, and helps to restore balance in the body and mind. This is a great way for you to detach from any of the stresses currently in the body, to be able to actually enjoy spending time with your loved ones ( or even by yourself) during this time.

This time can also bring up emotional challenges, whether it’s dealing with family dynamics or managing personal expectations. A sound bath can facilitate emotional release by promoting a deeper connection to one's inner self, allowing for healing and acceptance.

The specific frequencies played during this can influence the brain's electrical activity, helping it shift into states of relaxation (such as alpha or theta brainwaves), similar to deep meditation. This can result in reduced stress and anxiety and an enhanced ability to access deep states of relaxation.

Mats can be provided, however feel free to bring your own if you would like. I also recommend bringing a pillow, eyemask, and/or pillow ( all optional) for more comfort.
