Unwind with us for a chill yoga session designed to help you relax and refresh your mind and body. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this in-person event is all about feeling good, stretching out, and totally relaxing for an afternoon of selfcare.

🪷 Yoga Nidra - Guided yogic sleep

you simply lie down, relax and listen to my voice - no experience needed!.

☕ To end we will have cacao, herbals and time to natter.

We will get the chance to dive into the wonders of yoga Nidra the 'Yogic sleep'. It is a deep relaxation technique that combines elements of meditation, relaxation and guided imagery to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. It improves sleep, reduces stress and anxiety and enhances your overal wellbeing.

I promise you a cosy afternoon filled with nourishing movement, rest and relaxation before Christmas.
