Join Sherry in the candlelit studio, envelop your senses in stunning essential oils and immerse yourself in soft sounds designed to help calm an overstimulated nervous system.
Gentle stretches and somatic movement will help release physical tension held within the body, breathwork will support regulation and restoration, and deep guided relaxation will transport you to a place of calm, serenity and headspace.
Mats, blankets, cushions and heated eye masks are all included to create a deeply nurturing and restorative experience.
Refreshments include a sweet treat grazing board and a choice of hot and cold beverages.
