Join Sarah Paz Hyde for an afternoon and 2-part experience aimed at supporting your journey with relaxation & renewal. We will start with a handpan play lab focused on meditative techniques, and end our time together with a handpan infused sound journey meditation. With the handpan as our guide, participants are invited to “try something new” as we connect more deeply with discovering our unique touch by connecting through music! This is a beginner-friendly space.
During the Meditative Play Handpan Workshop, we will:

RESTORATIVE SOUND JOURNEY • Sound Healing, also known as Vibrational Medicine, can sooth the parasympathetic nervous system, inviting participants into the theta state brain frequency, improving our mind-body-spirit relations through rest. We close the afternoon with a special restorative sound journey meditation. Through sound, we’ll meet inward as we surf the subtle energies of soundscapes where singing bowls, chimes, gongs and drums, meet vocals and handpan melodies.

About
Sarah Paz Hyde is an intuitive sound healing guide, workshop facilitator, event organizer, classically trained musician, visual artist & graphic designer. She is the Founder of Super Bloom Life, a budding organization whose vision is to assist community leaders in creating long-term, sustainable events focused on calmUNITY building through holistic arts, creativity-based education & guided experiences. Through discovering her life’s purpose, Sarah has come to understand that, “when I am empowered to heal myself, and share what I have learned, my community becomes better equipped to super bloom with greater abundance, from the inside & out.”
Sarah’s creative journey began at the age of 4, with the violin as her first form of expression. Early childhood memories cast a lifelong ripple effect in how she navigates life, preferring to live with a curious, imaginative heart, and process & engage the world through an artistic lens. In 2016, Sarah discovered the handpan, and the hypnotic simplicity of it reawakened her in ways she did not know she needed, ultimately bringing her back to her voice. Through musical play, conversation, integration & education she hopes to aid others super bloom into life.
