Join me for a Relax & Renew Sound Bath — Designed to help you relax to calm body, mind and Spirit through the gentle vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As you rest comfortably, the calming sounds will guide your mind and body into deep relaxation, helping to ease stress and promote a peaceful state of well-being.

This experience is perfect for anyone looking to relax, reflect, and reset.

What to Bring:
