There will be 10 Sunday workshops for you to experience self-care with mindfulness arts. We offer visual arts such as drawing with different types of colours, art-making with coffee & tea or wine, expressive clay work, expressive writing & journaling, relaxing with essential oils, and more! The purpose of this workshop series is to help you learn an alternative method to relax and recharge. It is something simple, and easy, just anyone can do it! You don't have to be an artist to join us! We encourage a lot of self-reflect and sharing of your thoughts throughout the session.
