RELAX AND RENEW® LEVEL 1: LEARNING TO TEACH RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH JUDITH HANSON LASATER, PT, PHDDevanadi warmly welcomes back Judith Hanson Lasater this time offering one of her ONLY LIVE US Relax and Renew® trainings in the US in 2024!
Learn the art of observation and support through the practices of Relax and Renew® Restorative Yoga. Restorative yoga offers the assistance of props to hold the body. When the body is held it learns to release and rest, making room for healing. This training will give you the skills necessary to incorporate restorative yoga into your practice and/or classes.
This training is for teachers and dedicated students alike.
Dates: Monday-Friday, October 21-25, 2024
Times: 10-5pm Central w/1 hour lunch
CEs for RYTs: 30 (must attend all classes live)
Location: St Paul Event Center – 400 Wabasha Street North Suite 320, St. Paul, MN 55102
Cost: $999 ($1149 after 9/21/24)
Payment Plan: Pay your $200 non-refundable deposit to secure spot. Then pay off your balance by 9/21/24 to keep the early bird rate. All payments must be completed by 10/7/24.
