In this two hour workshop, students will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of Restorative Yoga as it relates to practiced rest and relaxation. Through surrender students will have the chance to experience the quality of space and expansion which allows the body and the nervous to function together in homeostasis.There will be guided breathing techniques. A sound bath will accompany each shape. All restorative poses are done seated or lying down and with the support of props, which allows the body to receive the benefits of the practice. Great for all levels especially those looking for nourishment, and self-care. Dress in layers!!
