A unique offering in the Sacramento area, these classes will offer a supportive and relaxing place for you to explore your creativity in the company others. We will be focusing on the process, not the outcome. No experience required—just an open mind!

This in-person event is perfect for anyone looking to explore their artistic and creative side and support their self care goals of bringing more relaxation and mindfullness into thier life while using the practice of creativity. Teresa will guide and support you through various activities that will include watercolor, acrylics, layering, stenciling and more, that will leave you feeling inspired and more confident in your innate creativity. Info: Class # 1: Discover the joy of slow art and mindfulness. Break through creative blocks, and rediscover your playful side.
Class # 2: Learn to build without fear. Explore how layering acrylics, stencils and inks can create depth and texture delving into your intuition and growing your spontaneity muscle.
Class # 3: Find flow and flexibility through mark making. Dive into the meditative aspects of exploring the infinite possibilities with mark making.
Class # 4: Unlock your inner explorer. Explore textures and layering possibilities with paper, textiles or other materials.
Class #5: Your art, your story. This session guides you to combine materials and techniques from previous classes. Class # 6: You’ll revisit favorites techniques and create a mixed-media piece that reflects your growth.
