ReLaunch: Post-License CE Series (25 hrs)

Do you need to RELAUNCH your Real Estate Career? Are you a brand new agent, or a seasoned team player and need to brush up on the latest in Real Estate Education?

This entire series is designed to take you step by step into the life of an Agent, teaching you how to generate a lead, to walking you all the way through the closing process. We use practical every day scenarios, with handouts, materials, speakers, and a wealth of valuable knowledge.

Join us at our Newnan Branch location to experience hands-on training from Maximum One's very own, Alan Richardson!

Tuesday, August 11th: "Real Estate Business Blueprint"

This course is designed to educate not only the Real Estate Agent, but to equip the Agent to have a repeatable business process to better service the needs of buyers and sellers while staying in compliance with GREC License Laws & Fair Housing Laws. The instructor(s) will walk agents through serving their buyers and sellers, including but not limited to the processes involved with real estate contracts, lead generation, financing, databases and referrals. This course will also relate real estate business practices to the License Laws governing an agent’s practice.

Wednesday, August 12th: "Tech & Marketing Secrets"

In today’s world of social media learn how to get your business achieving viral results. Students will be exposed to media and marketing techniques to help propel their businesses by having events and advertising be passed and circulated on the internet and word of mouth.
